A couple sites (Bleacher Report, MMARated, MMAJunkie) are reporting that Ken Shamrock is out tonight with an injury, reportedly a cut over his eye. After taking the beatings he has in recent fights, I believe he cuts easily, but this is a little ridiculous.
If there was anyone that didn't think EliteXC resembles WWE more than UFC, this pretty much confirms it. I wouldn't be surprised if it comes out that a member of Slice's posse attacked Shamrock in the locker room. Or even that a Slice sent someone to Shamrock's hotel room to beat him up. Unbelievable. Unless EliteXC magically finds Brett Rogers in town and in fighting shape, this will lead to the demise of EliteXC.
